Booking Confirmation – Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

Rates & Quotes – Prices listed are base rates. Final cost may vary depending on the size, condition, or special requests.

Payment Policy – Payments can be made via cash, GCash, or bank transfer. Full payment is required upon completion of service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling – Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Scope of Service – Our team will provide the services agreed upon. Any additional requests not included in the original booking may incur extra charges.

Liability – While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages to furniture, upholstery, or equipment.

Health & Safety – Clients are advised to keep pets, children, and valuables away from the service area during cleaning.
 - 
Service Guarantee – If you are not satisfied, kindly inform us within 24 hours so we can review and address your concern.
